Does anyone know the name of thr blade configuration when all three blades of a three bladed knife are at one end of the knife? I have Barlow, Doctors, Jacks, Fishtails and Hunters in this configuration. I have attached pictures
Thanks

Very interesting knives

. I say a doctor's knife based on the spatula and square end; and a Barlow based on the long bolster. I don't know that they have any other name even with an additional blade. Just my 2p

Yes, that's my opinion also, still a Barlow, trapper, or Dr.'s knife, they just have one blade more than the normal 2 blades we're acustomed to seeing. Same goes for single blade or 5 blade variations. More to a name of the pattern than the number of blades it has.
