And now, to the horror of all, I open a topic for my handmade knives.
First knife in my new humble workshop. The 13th knife I made. Not quite ready, but the rest is cosmetic.

I’m horrified, but only because I haven’t seen the other twelve!

Good work.

Wow, that looks great! What is the steel or source of the steel? And the handle material?

Eustace, you have been holding out on us! Leading us to believe you were only a handsome Bulgarian who loved jokes. You are quite the craftsman. Good looking knife. I too would like to see the others. ::nod:: ::tu::

The blade, the brass, the horn and the wood all flow together beautifully. Wow that is some great work. A knife to be the proud owner of. Excellent! ::nod:: ::nod:: ::tu:: ::tu::

Thank you, doglegg!
A brief retrospection of 4 years ago when I decided I wanted to make knives. Average speed - 3 knives per year :D
Аrranged according to the order of made, as far as I remember. The first is easily recognizable :D
I did not find any pictures for one.

Eustace, I can see the progression in each knife. That last one is night and day more improved that the 1st one. None are bad, all really look usable. I am proud for you, and now with your basement shop I bet things really flow. Thanks for sharing them all. ::nod:: ::nod:: ::tu:: ::tu::

No. Ferric chloride etching. I do not have working conditions for forging. All my knives are grinded bars.

Thanks again to all!
