Does everything on this knife on e-bay, item number 180175452964, look correct? I'm new to all this but was wondering why the bolsters and everything else look new but the blades do not? I'm not saying it's a counterfeit, I don't know enough about Case XX knives to say something like that. I don't want to hurt the sale of the knife or the seller rep. by asking this question. It's probably a perfect knife for all I know. I'm just wanting to learn how to read knives. Thanks.

I think the knife is fine, the owner likely used a good bit but didn't carry it. If someone was going to rehandle it, they wouldn't have used the rough black material. There are only a very few patterns that are more collectable when they have that handle material, the 62031 1/2 isn't one. It's also very easy to buff bolsters and the rough black handles to make them look new again.

Thanks Knifekid, now I know more than I did about the Tested XX knifes. I may try to get a bid in on that knife now.
