Adjust Tactical Blade 'Tension'

This might be covered in this Forum or "Tutorials" but i could not find it.
I have a Ganzo FH-11 which has "Ball bearing washer quick opening feature".
When i received the knife, touching the flipper only opened the blade about 30 degrees. The online videos show the blade rotating to fully open and liner locked with just a light touch on the flipper.
The pivot has a Torx ? size 8 head on both sides. To free up the blade i know only a slight turn is needed, like 1/8 of rotation. But should this be done on both sides or one side. The blade is centered.

It shouldn't matter if the blade stays centered, tight and locks up correctly if you loosen 1 side or both.

I might be wrong...but if I remember correctly...you might have to "hold" one side, to keep it from rotating, while you loosen. Effectively needing 2 torx drivers at the same time. Check to see if the opposite side rotates, when trying to adjust one side only.

Thank you MM for sharing your expertise. Being obsessive i 'had' to do both sides, just a very slight turn and blade swings out and locks.
Doc, thanks for your post. With this knife, rotating the Torx on one side does not cause the opposite side to move.
