HELP Please!! Can't Identify The Manufacturer Of This Knife

This knife was my grandfather's. That is all I know about this knife. The only "mark" I can find is what appears to be "saw teeth" under the lip of the punch tool. I have included pictures of both sides of each tang. Maybe I'm missing something.

I'm probably wrong, but to me, it looks like an Ulster or Utica.
