browsing through an antique shop today, and found a german made scout/utility knife, that looked 50's vintage. the unique thing about it, was that along with the usual tools, the knife contained a canopener with a round cutter, that basically looked like a glass cutter, does anyone have one of these or know what I mean. Also any idea on possible value. I collect scout knives, and I have never seen one like this. I just might have to buy it

A picture would be helpful, but I will wing it without one. It sounds like the early tin sytle ones made in Germany. They were cheaply made, but the glass cutter was a unique feature and has made them somewhat collectable. Again, without a photo I am not positive, but it is a reasonalble guess at this time. They sell on ebay for $15 or so, depending on condition.
