A Parker Jack knife/ink pen?

Perhaps someone can shed some light on this item. No where do they show anything that resembles a knife blade. Interesting nonetheless.

has nothing to do with parker knives. parker pens are highly collectible. this one had an advertisement for a product. hope this helps shed some light. also it's listed in the fountain pen section.

Thanks for the info. Had me wondering if I had missed something. Looks like a very well made and quite interesting piece.
