Bob, it looks like the main blade is a Case blade but I would say that is the only part of the knife that is remotely Case. Doesn’t look like it is going to fetch a large amount of money. Good catch.

T o me it looks like an authentic Case Tested 22028...lots of blade wear but 100% real.

Steve, I think eBay tricked you into looking at the wrong knife. The original listing Bob posted ended before you went to take look and eBay now automatically shows you something you could buy instead the listing you are actually looking for (grrrrr
) so you have to click on "view original item" or some similar wording to find what you are really looking for.
Here is a picture of the knife Bob pointed out. The seller says it is a 35 1/2 pattern. I don't follow the 35 pattern so I could be wrong, but it looks like there were a few variations of the frame with pattern numbers _235, _2035, & _20035 with different lengths and shapes. So I can't say whether it is a 35 variant or not. Intuitively I don't like the knife for a couple of reasons. I don't believe this "federal" type shield was used in the Tested era. The clip blade could be heavily re-profiled, but it doesn't look like a Case clip blade to me. Likewise the sheepsfoot blade doesn't look like a Case Tested sheepsfoot to me either.

AAAHHH... yeah that yellow one is definitely not in any way a Case. Looks like an older Boker USA or even Remington.
