All About Pocket Knives

I found this Henckels pocket knife in a tool box that I purchased at a garage sale. The blades have some minor pitting but the spring and snap are strong and there is no wobble in either of the blades. I would appreciate any help to determine the age of the knife, value (in case I wanted to sell it) and any other history that anyone could share with me.

Henckels stopped making their own folding knives in 1960. Since then, all folding knives marked "Henckels" have been made by other manufacturers.
The pre 1960 Henckels knives are quite collectible. The post 1960 contract knives are less collectible and value is lower.
Your pearl serpentine pen knife i think is a post 1960 contract knife but i am not certain about this. Either way it is not a high value knife. On ebay, on a 'good day', you might get $40-$45.
