Here is a very well made knife.
Built rather wide for its length so it's kind of hefty. 3 1/4" closed.
The little coping blade is not stamped at all.

Really special knife Joe - I want to fish in your pond - Gobernador is a municipality in the province of Granada, Spain - do you think your knife is from there?

Nice knife for sure.
Be aware that Jim Parker had a lot of these put together in Germany during the 90’s with that stamping. Not sure where the parts came from but a lot of them emulated the bulldog patterns of the time.

Well Tom, I don't know where it's from and with Tom's (olderdogs1) in put I have no idea now about its heritage.
Sometimes in this knife game I wind up with some complex and interesting knives, history and stamps.
I'm glad to have them all including this one. There have been exceptions.

I must say whatever the provenance, it’s a beautiful knife. I like pearl w/ lots of fire. That’s got it all.

I see "KRUSIUS" stamped on the tang. Does that mean it was made by Krusius Brothers?

As to who made it I cannot be sure.
After olderdogs1's comments, which I highly regard, there is some wonder on my part about who put this thing together.
It is very well made, however. And unused.

Apparently when Krusius Bros closed the Olbertz factory bought all of the leftover parts, which according to Parker were a great number of blades. Parker never said he actually put any together, just my opinion since I had some that were put together in bulldog patterns and they were obviously not vintage knives although the quality was very good.
Your knife may not be one of those Joe. It looks really nice.

Krusius is one of the brands i collect. Some are obviously old knives. Others look new and might not be true vintage. There is no way i know of to be certain. When i see one like OP knife that looks 'new' i will go for it if i like the knife ++, but i will not bid high.
Parker's assembly of blades into new knives has adversely affected the value of the minty vintage Krusius knives because the buyer cannot be certain the knife was made by Krusius workers in the Krusius factory.

Joe, that’s a classy looking little knife ya got there.

Here is a picture i just lifted off an ebay auction which is closing soon: pearl 4 blade senator, marked on all 4 blades "Krusius Bros" or "KB/Extra".
The carbon steel blades have some old black oxidation. This is an example of "when you see an old Krusius you know it is old".
The OP knife might be 'old' and was properly stored. Or maybe not. The senator i am posting here i believe is 'old', not associated with Parker.
