Love that long pull clip - an HOK with a box - does it get any better?

That folder and box are wonderful! To think a vintage knife box has survived that long is incredible

Here is a Marshall Wells Coke Bottle Folding Hunter I have. I place the manufactured date pre WWI. So probably 100 years old +
Looks to have been made by NYK Company.

This is one of my keepers. Unused toenail with Marshall Wells etch,made by New York Knife Co.

Thought I'd open this thread again for a shot at a few of my favorites. The deer foot unlocks with the ring. The stock paper came from my son who was working in the old Marshall Wells factory in Duluth and the current owner of the building gave him a couple of these. ___Dave

Just look at that clip blade on the Gunstock Jack.

yes Roger. It is but it's too faint to get a picture of it with my camera. Hi Charlie, thanks. Gunstocks seem to have evaded me except for a very few. This is one of the last knives I netted from EBay before I got tired of the counterfeits and people trying to scam.____Dave

Thanks Dave. You’re right - lots of life left but it has also served someone well, as evidenced by the loss of blade steel and the pocket worn bone covers. But it still has great snap on the blades, and best of all, hard earned “character”. I’m proud to have it in my whittler pile!

A well worn cousin of peanuts knife previously posted.

Not much to see on the main tang.
