Unknown knife

Hello guys, I hope you all are doing well
.
I bought this stiletto knife in a small souvenir shop in Portugal today and
I would like to know more about it,
but unfortunately I'm lacking the knowledge when it comes to knives.
If someone could tell me something about this knife, whether its a counterfeit or not
and where its orginally from I would be very thankful
.
Some more Infos: The seller told me it was "original", that the handle was made out of bones,
he mentioned that it was build by the company "Sico" in Portugal, but the package doesn't say anything.
Since those knifes are forbidden in Portugal, they are not being produced anymore.
I personally think that the knife is very well made: Its robust, no clicking and the safety lock is also sturdy.
What puts me off a little bit is the tang stamp which says "Made Italy". On the other hand one of the rivet pins is a bit off.
If anyone could give me any information about this knife and tell me whether its a quality product,
I would eventually buy a second one.
Greetings Ventura
