It does look much better to me, too but I have a question for Glen. What is the reason for not putting the 4th pin in the new handles? Looks?

Actually, the 4th pin was in the original handles. I assume they do that on wide knives because they don't glue their handle material to the liners.

Thanks, I believe it's shetland, but that's a guess off the top of my head.
