It aint much to look at but I want to try to clean it up some.
What ya'll think?

Based on your tang stamp, your knife is about 75 years old and it is covered with clear celluloid. Almost every one I've ever seen has shrunken covers.

Hmmmmm..
OK, so recon can I buff out the scratches and then try to hide it in a cool, dark, dry place?

Those are cute knives; if it was mine I would put a rough edge on it and hang it on the key chain for my old pickup. Just me. Reminds me of a good old graffiti joke... better not tell it.
