All About Pocket Knives

i just received a very large (15 in. open) eye brand knife as a gift. i know this knife has been stored for thirty years. the handles have a tweezers and toothpick?, in the blade end. where can i find info on date of manufacture? any help would be great.

I have collected old Eyes for quite a while. If you could, post a photo to include etch and tang stamp. It sounds like a display knife but can't tell for sure without a photo or two.
