Can anyone identify this knife?

Anyone recognize this knife? Reads made in Germany and has the animal head. Thanks in advance!

Wow, 105 views and no one has replied because this is a tough one. I collect older German knives, and have amassed a thousand or so over the course of my life yet have not seen this logo before. I will look through some of my knife books and will post back if i find it.

It looks like one of the early German made Okapis before they moved production to South Africa.

Found a photo of a newer one online. Same pattern. I'm guessing it had plastic handles over the metal originally.
