Anyone familiar with this mark?

Picked this little gem up today at my favorite antique shop for $2. Still in the process of cleaning but I did find a mark on it. There is a circle with the letters P.S. and something after that (pitted) and on the bottom of the circle the word Guaranteed. In the middle of the circle is a fist clenching a tool and the word Tools under it.
I don't normally buy pruning shears but this one is about half the size of a standard pair. Anyone ever seen that particular logo? I'm going to try posting it on the Garage Journal website to see if anyone has seen the logo.

UPDATE! Mystery is solved! A little more gentle scraping yielded the rest of the stamp: P.S.&W. or Peck,Stow,& Wilcox or as it is more familiarly known: PEXTO.

PEXTO ..... A great old name in tools that no one knows about anymore. They were/are second to none.
I have several of their so marked tools. Good early USA made tools.

That’s a new name for me too. But they sure look like well made shears.

Pexto made good tools. Cant remember if I have any of their adjustable wrenches. May have some pliers?

The company's roots go back to the 18th Century. Here is a short history of Pexto:
