Custom Knife Making Supplies

Is there anyone that knows a good supplier for Spacer material, Carbon Blanks, and Fast Stick Glue? Jantz & Texas don't sell Fast Stick glue. Looking for the Ontario Style blade(Jantz catalog #44, page 22 lower right corner) not Damascus in a hidden tang. Prefer carbon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone knows a reasonable priced Antler (mule deer is fine) supplier.
