Russell Barlow (manufacture date ?)

Gifted this Barlow by my son in-law, curious as to when it was made and hoping someone wouldn't mind helping me get an idea of date of manufacture.
He purchased it at an antique store but I'm thinking it's not too old. Sawcut bone handles, nice F&F, good snap and blades came sharp and look to be unused as far as I can tell.

From my brief reading, it seems that the exact form of the arrow on the bolster is one of the key indicators of age.

Thats one of the Boker made Russells and a nice one to boot! More modern of course than an original Russell.

Thanks for the info Randy. I wouldn't have known it was Boker made on my own but suspected it was modern manufactured and it is tang stamped Solingen Germany. It really feels and looks like quality in hand.
I'm definitely still a novice collector and want you all to know I appreciate the education.

At one time I had 2 of these and the original owner had added careful notes to the bottom of the box including price and date of purchase. Also that these were sold through SMKW and that though the parts were imported from Germany this series was actually assembled in the USA. He didn't have the name of the assembler as I recall, but maybe Queen or ? Those old SMKW catalogs have a wealth of information. Maybe someone has a copy of the one where these knives were sold?

In this auction Kevin Pipes states they were made by Russell USA.

It's interesting in the listing he also states that the blades are stamped SOLINGEN Germany...he does not explain that contradiction.
