Folding Hunter Sheath Question

What does a period-correct sheath look like for the '65-69 6265 Folding Hunter? A couple years ago, I inherited one from my great-uncle, and still use it regularly. I'm currently using the one currently sold for the modern model, and I think it's a bit ugly, and not only that, it has the slits for a belt, instead of a loop.

Secondly, is there a good cross-draw sheath for it?

RGleather could make you a cross draw sheath...and you'll like it. I can't answer the other except I think the earlier sheaths did not have a loop, just the slit since I have old ones and none have loops.

The sheath shown here is the correct sheath for the period. Case offered this style from the early 60's through 1977-78. Somewhat hard to find.

This one does only have the slits rather than a loop.

I have one, if I find it I will let you know it's worthless to me, I got it with a buck 110 or 112 but it will probably take me near a year to find it, if I find it you can have it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. George God bless
