All About Pocket Knives

OK, another puzzle for you all.
This knife looks like it has a pommel like the WW2 Boker Mk1's,the sheath of a CASE 5 Navy Knife, and handle similarities to those of M.H. Cole knives. Totally lost as there are absolutely no markings anywhere to be found.

I do believe the knife and sheath have been together a very long time and look correct when together.

Usually called a theater knife. Made on board a ship. No two alike.

It's a shot in the dark. But I think it's a PAL RH36 knife that has been ground down and polished heavily. That explains the lack of markings, and the strange ricasso, and shallow narrow Fuller. Then rehandled with a boker pommel the guard is correct for the RH36. (Football shaped).

Don't think it is a RH36;the fuller on them is too wide. Checked an E.G.Waterman and a Catt 225Q which have the right width fuller but they are too long.Here are pics of them for comparison. Likely a handmade blade.

I was thinking the Fuller looked smaller because the knife was ground down. Plus there were variations.
This is the picture I was comparing it too. Its Fuller looks narrow compared to the one you posted.
With all that said, I think you are right that it is a homemade blade. I'd still like to know if the guard is the football shaped, one used on the RH36.
