I used the below tools for this project ... you really don't need a lot of tools to carve these type of caricatures. I know some folks who carve with nothing but a pocketknife, with incredible results. I use the knife a lot but find it faster and easier to use gouges & v-tools where necessary.

Sir I have never seen anything you carved that wasn't just fabulous. This one is in that category. Thanks for sharing your tools as well.
