All About Pocket Knives

Here are a couple I did for Dave, the first is a Buster Brown scout/camper pattern.
This knife was probably a premium with a pair of shoes many, many years ago.

This one is a Bridge Cutlery Easy Open jack, I don't have any before pictures, or at least I can't find them but here's what it looked like afterwords with new Kirinite handles

Thanks guys I appreciate all the positive reinforcement! The Kirinite is a little bit of a pain to work with until you get used to it. It has a tendency to crack a little easier than bone, at least in my experience.

I agree Eric the Buster Brown does look nice, but it was one of the most worn out knives I think I've ever put back together. The tang on the master blade is pretty well round, so there isn't much snap to it and the bolsters were worn down and rounded off on the edges. I had to square them up the best I could with a file to get anywhere near a decent fit between the bone and the bolster. It was a challenge, but that's what makes it fun.
As long as Dave likes them, all is well.

Great job, Dale. I like that orange and red scale material.
