There should be a logo and other markings on it - where are those pictures?

I personally am skeptical.
Small hints bother me, the fact the seller does not know 'duel' form 'dual' really worries me. Could be a typo, could indicate a scam. Ignorance always worries me.
Does Benchmade have an opinion?
