Looks to me like the image was reported, as it should have been for language. Not sure why the notifications were generated to non-admin folks.

Can somebody tell me what the time of the notification was and which forum it was posted in?

I don't see anything in recent admin records that shows where it has been deleted.

The strange thing is I don't see the deletion in today's moderator log.

This was caused by a glitch in the system, fellas. That notification should have only gone to moderators & administrators. Should not happen again.

Dale, it was in the image gallery which apparently does not record moderator activity.
