I've noticed that on several GEC's I've bought in the past. Sometimes I get a button with it and sometimes I don't. I wonder if the dealers take them out and keep them for themselves. Weird.

I've read that it's completely random. No rhyme or reason to it. They just toss one in the tube every now and then regardless of the pattern.
