All About Pocket Knives

Any information on maker of this knife is appreciated.

Very difficult to know for most of us. There are many top notch cutlery factories/shops in Seki, a few of which are known to 'Westerners'. A specialist in recent Japanese cutlery is needed.
Do you know who the retailer was ? or who owned it before you ?

The Teton Bowie was an offering from Blackjack Knives back in the 90s, I believe.

They were made by G. SAKAI in Seki Japan. He also made the Trailmaster for Cold Steel and the RG69 for Rigid, which APPEARS similar to the Teton Bowie.

Aall 3 were made out of AUS-8.

They are reported to run in the Rc62-Rc63 range. One person reported that his RG69 chipped badly when he chopped on a log with it.

Looks very similar to a Cold Steel Trail Master

Yes - the Blackjack Teton Bowie, the Rigid RG69 and the Cold Steel Trail Master were all essentially the same knife.
