Guys,
Don't forget to file with eBay as a non-paying bidder or buyer. You will get him into their system and you will get at least part of your fees back.
I believe if they suspend him, they will suspend all his screen names, assuming there might be more than one.
Plus, if you will post links to your auctions, I and others can put him or her on our excluded bidders list.

Hi Jim, It really mad me mad because I bought a lot of knives from coltman and then he does this to me. It was almost $1000.00 that he should pay, That was my play money for some more Classics.

I should have been more clear in my post. My nonpayer wasn't Coltman36, it was a different buyer. But about once a month I get a nonpayer. I've sold knives to Jon (coltman36), and have found that he pays later than what I like but he would contact me to tell me so.
