Queen # 46 Winterbottom Bone Fish Knife "Q" Steel Etched on blade - 1957-1960 nothing stamped on the tang. need to find or make the hook sharpener.

That's a nice clean looking knife.
If the tang is not stamped, it was made from 1961-71. Queen did not stamp their tangs in those years and only etched the blade.
I also believe the handles are Delrin and not bone.
