All About Pocket Knives

I picked this small 9" knife at a flea market. I liked the look of it. Looks hand forged. Full tang, smooth bone(?) grips, and some unknown markings. Theres two crossed swords(?) or scissors(?) stampings on each side of blade. On the left side is also two identical hallmarks(?).
I attached some pics. Anyone with an idea of the maker, or just care to chime on in, you are so welcome. Thanks

Nice looking blade, I have nothing as to the markings or maker but the handles may be Rams horn. Mike

I have seen that mark before on a posted knife on BF.
The OP there believed it was Alaskan in origin. I had suggested looking up registered livestock brands, and lost track of the thread.

So the only clue I have for you is possibly an Alaskan maker. There are several prolific makers up there, and perhaps emailing your pictures to a few shops will help.
