Identification confirmation.

In the right light I believe this is a Central City Knife Co. what's left of the tang stamp is an arched "City" descending 2 o'clock position, below in a straight line I can see the right side ending with "fe Co" and the bottom row ending with "nix, NY". I'm not sure you can appreciate that much from the picture. What I not sure is the blade pattern and handle material. Thanks in advance for any input.

The blade probably started as a spear point, but it's been shortened some and sharpened alot. What's really cool is the long pull, tapered, match strike. I can't figure out how something like that was even made.
