Replacing scales on Buck 500 (501 Squire)

I have never done this before on any knife, but am determined to replace the scales on a 110, then a 501. I like the buffalo look. Sure the custom shop can make me a custom one of each, but I believe I can "handle" doing so myself. Plenty of videos on the 110 around but any videos or tutorials on the 500 series?

Thank you
Do you know if I need to grind the rivets off or just pry the handle without doing so?
In the video, one of the scales is already missing so hard for me to tell.

I honestly don't know. I don't work on knives, I send mine to someone else. I thought the video would be helpful so I posted it.

No problem. Thank you.
It should be fun although I cannot get to it for 1 month.
Well, actually I can get to it but I won't have my sander to shape the scales until my birthday in September! lol

G'Day titan .... this video will give you a better idea on the process.
It's a typical shaky all over the place YT Video but you can see how it is done.
