My Grandpa's Queen Pocket Knife

Hello all. This is the first pocket knife that I ever received. It was given to me when I was a boy in the 1980's by my grandpa's brother. My grandpa's name was Charles Seiber and he was killed June 23rd 1961 in the Fork Mountain Mine collapse in Anderson County, TN. This was his personal pocket knife and was in his pocket when his body was recovered. It has good snap but as you can see the scales and the blades had seen a lot of action. Was this knife manufactured late 40s-50s?

Wow, what a great keepsake! Sorry, I know nothing about that knife, but I am sure it is priceless to you. It must make you feel close to your grandpa to handle that treasure. ..

What you have is a Queen #28 English Jack (if it is 4 1/2") with Winterbottom bone handles.
Made circa 1945-50 (as per FRJ's post).

Thanks bdev! It is 4 1/2 inch so it is an English Jack knife.
