Looks like a small putty knife to me.

I thought so too, but the pressure usually used in applying putty would require a thicker neck as in a real putty knife, at least
that's the way I looked at it.

Scott they made a lot of those pallette knives. Maybe an artist's tool.

I seen Bob Ross paint with a palette knife. It was similar. It is an interesting looking tool Scott. Does it look to have paint on the handle?

Scott, when you have some free time goggle Bob Ross painting with palette knife. There are Utube videos. I think you will enjoy. I watched him on PBS years ago and was amazed and captivated. He was a master with paint and canvas.

Putty knife, paint scraper, palette knife. When you list it on eBay, include all those and anyone looking for that type of object will recognize it. As always, measurements are imperative.
