Got a Browning model 568 liner lock from a friend that needs a new pocket clip. Anyone know what size the little torx screw is? Can't get the old one out He broke the original and I am currently trying to get one from Browning. thanks Terry

My biggest concern would be how am I going to get the broken screw out?
My local Ace Hardware store has an awesome selection of fasteners from huge bolts to tiny screws and pretty much everything in between as well as non-threaded fasteners. That is where I go locally for a tiny torx screw.
If you strike out with Browning you might try knife kits.com:

I believe they carry a pretty good selection of screws for modern "tactical" type knives.

Dale, sorry I didn't explain myself, the spring clip is broken not the screw, I need to know what size of screw driver it takes, looks like a #7 but not having any luck. Maybe someone has stripped the head out? thanks for your time, Terry

If I'd known that, I'd have left my post as was.
All the modern knives I have use a T6 and a T9. Purchased at my local hardware store.
Those look like T6.

Those tiny Torx screwdrivers are hard to find, you may have to buy a whole set to find the size you need. Try Harbor Freight or Lowes, those Chinese usually have about anything you need. Most bits and stuff you buy is usually made by them anyway. ftd

I must admit my local hardware store is an old time type store and they carry just about anything you can think of. When you go to Lowes or Home Depot and they don't have it, the first words out of their mouth is, "have you tried Nicholson's?". Really fortunate to have them here in town. It will be a sad, sad day in Rockford, IL when they close their doors.
I saw Sears has a nice set for about $12 --->

I am lucky enough to have one of these Northern Tools Store very close to my home. It's like entering Man Heaven when you pass through the front door.
