Amber Jigged Bone Case Eisenhower Pen Knife Wanted

Topic pretty much says it all. I am looking for a Case Amber Jigged Bone Eisenhower pen knife to go in a countertop display I'm trying to complete. I have learned that this knife is currently in the "vault" at Case. 
Does anyone have one they are willing to part with. I'd prefer one that's unused since it's going in a display.
Also can anyone tell me how long knives remain in the "Vault" before Case resumes production?
