I need a few round Böker tree shields that either say Solingen or Germany. I've lost a few over the years and would like to know if anyone has any for sale or knows of a way to obtain them.

you can get them from booker if you email them the model and size of the shield required. I think they measure them in MM

Boker USA, Inc.
1550 Balsam Street
Lakewood, CO 80214-5917
USA
Phone 1-800-835-6433, Fax 1-303-462-0668
Ask for the service department. They don't have anything that will fit the BOKER USA knives, but the Solingen shields are readily available.
They will send you one for free.

(maybe more)

Out of curiosity, does anyone make 1960s-era Boker USA shields (6mm, tree only, no other markings)? I've an inherited #6482 Congress that needs a shield.
Cheers,
perfesser

Not that I'm aware of.
I experimented with casting my own about 6 years ago. They were O.K., but not good enough.
Best bet is buying a parts knife that still has the shield.

perfesser!
A good way to get the proper shield for a Boker is to find a junker that has the proper shield. Boker is good about sending replacement shields but it may not be exactly what you want.

EDIT: I see rangerbluedog had the same thought
