Imperial pocket knife identification help

Greetings all - I just found a pocket knife my father used to carry that I need help identifying - it has a crown emblem on the handle and the blade is stamped "Imperial England".
Can anyone help me with the age / information about it? It looks old but probably not antique.

It was probably made between 1977 and 82, according to smiling-knife.
