Dave - my guess is that jack is bone handled as the pile side photo seems to show the remnants of the haversian canals associated with bone... and not seeing any grain usually seen with ivory...

Thanks LongBlade! You're probably right but I've seen some ivory that looks similar, depending on animal type and where in the tusk it came from. I guess I've been hopefully optimistic! But it's more likely bone.

My only 3 Holleys.

Here's a nice gentleman's knife.
The little vertical pen is the only blade with a half stop.

Great looking knife joe, I really like the old ones. I have'nt been lucky enough to aquire an old holley yet.

Basically they will be benefiting from the vintage name but produce a completely modern product.

I drove up there last night. Big disappointment for me. I knew they weren't going to bring back Holley knives as we know them, but they did say "Resurrection of Holly knives".
