Anyone Ever Seen This Stamp?

Below is a link to an eBay listing of a fixed blade knife. On the ricasso, and I'll call it the front side, is the usual Schlieper straight line stamping. On the back side of the ricasso is a fist with arrows stamp and I don't recall ever seeing a Schlieper knife or other product that used this stamping.
Any of you out there seen this before?

Ray, I recognize the old fixed blade knife pattern but certainly not the fist and arrows stamping. Very interesting for sure. It's not represented in any of my printed material, with the proviso that my material is not by any means complete. Opinion: Rare Schlieper.

Thanks for the post, Joe. It is a fine old hunting knife isn't it.
I just never heard of Schlieper using that stamp, or anything but the Eye for that matter.

Ray

EDIT: I guess the recently discussed KORIUM would be a notable exception to my statement above but there is an Eye incorporated into that stamp.

Good for you Keith. ::tu::
Then we'll need to figure out why the two stamps are on the same knife. Counterfeiting? Likely not enough money involved to go to the trouble on this sort of knife.

Here is the knife I have. I always chuckle at the "original Bowie knife" stamp, as I've seen German, Japan, American made knives with the same stamp on the blade. ::shrug:: I am under the impression that this knife is from the 50's. Like I said. Impression.

That is the trademark used by Precise International Co. (PIC).
