I am not sure about the stamp but the knife looks to be a product of the Kinfolks factory. Love the handle spacers!

I don't think it has anything to do with Keen Kutter knives. Goins lists quite a few variations of KEEN, but gives very little information on any of them:

KEEN BLADE - no further info given
KEEN-BLADE PETER HENDERSON NEW YORK - no other info given
KEEN BOSS c. 1919-1923 - a trademark used by P.L. Schmidt
KEEN CUTLERY CO. N.Y. g 1910-1930
KEEN 10 BROADWAY N.Y. M.I GERMANY g 1910-1930
KEEN EDGE CUTLERY CO. CANTON OHIO c 1898-1938 - a trademark used by Canton Hardware
KEEN EDGE c 1904-1906 -a Trademark used by Keith Simmons

Levine's only mentions the Canton Cutlery use of KEEN.

I can't find any other references, sorry not too much help. It is a nice looking old fixed blade.

Here is a KEEN-BLADE jack I picked up in South Dakota a couple days ago. Information on the maker is hard to come by. And AAPK posts? This old thread is the only one I found.

I can imagine that the previous owner being annoyed by the way the full liners narrow where the tip of the big clip blade enters the handle. It appears to be the way the knife was built, not due to damage. Close carefully!

The springs are quite stiff. No half stops. The main blade is difficult to open but very securely held once opened.
