My guesstimate would be about 1925(IIRC the founding year for Kinfolks, but I could be wrong) up to WWII.

Thank you Steve, did not realize it could be that old, the type of bone and the hammered pins did make me wonder..

Very nice knife you have there. That ones definitely a keeper. And being it's in the "Case" family, that makes it
even better. Well done.

Very nice looking knife.
I have owned several examples of this pattern knife to include Kinfolks, Boker and Cattaraugus. I would guess that there may be other brands that Kinfolks jobbed as well. I have never seen this pattern knife with a Case brand stamping. These points along with the color and jigging of the bone incline me to think the knife may have been produced after Case ceased production of their fixed blade knives at the Kinfolks plant c. 1932. Just a guess.

In my cousin Dean Elliott Case’s book, Kinfolks Knives A History of Cutlery and Cousins, he shows this brand being used from 1928-1933

Really nice knife, and to each his own, but I would not date that knife. Then again, I prefer dating women in general.

1925-1930. After the Incorporated stamp it was Kinfolks Inc. That stamp was 1930-1939.
