Behemoth!

Well, I was feelin' blue for missin' the Queen show, but the mailman cheered me up today. He brought me several ounces of steel, brass and bone. Let me introduce you to Darth Knife!
This was advertised as a jumbo jack, and the seller wasn't kidding! It snaps shut with a satisfying baritone thunk!
Minty, with the original high polish front, and glazed (?) remaining surfaces,
again I thank the seller for not running to the buffer to "clean it up"!!
Shown here with its little bro for size, it's 4 1/4" long, over an inch high at the main blade swedge, and 5/8" thick! Pattern # on the back is 297.
Darthy, take a bow!
