Case turquoise

I'm looking for a series Case produced maybe 7 or 8 years ago. Handles were called jigged turquoise bone and the knives had an arrowhead shield. The handles looked like turquoise with cracks running through them. I've been to Smoky Mt . Knife Works and they no longer carried this series. I have a photo on my phone but I have no idea how to load it on here. I'm looking to buy this series if anyone has them. Thanks, Gayle Green.

Welcome to AAPK Gayle. Sorry no one has responded to your question, and sorry to say I don't know the answer myself. I did a quick search for "Case turquoise knife" on eBay and turned up several turquoise handled knives including some from Case factory and several by Case that were customized in turquoise by David Yellowhorse. eBay is generally a good source for out of production knives.

Gayle it's great to have you on board here at AAPK. A picture would be very helpful. I recall a series from the early 2000's called jigged emerald bone but I had the saturn sheild. As I said apicture would likley jog some memories around here so if you need some help posting there is a tutorial under AAPK tips and tricks.

Gayle, welcome to AAPK. Glad to have you aboard.

What I usually do instead of signing on to AAPK from my smart aleck phone and uploading the pictures from there is to email the images from my smart aleck phone to myself. From there I save the pictures to my PC, then upload them from my PC to AAPK. A few extra steps but I want them in the knife folder on my PC anyway. Send a PM to me if you have any questions about this procedure.

Thanks for the reply and info. Ill try to load the pic. I went over to SMKW today and spoke to their people. They advised me to email their man who does all the buying of collections. His name is Jay Parker, some of you may remember him from the TV show. Very knowledgeable knife guy.

Bingo! This is the knife I've been chasing. Only descriprion I've been given was by SMKW back in the TV days. Series was called" turquoise jigged bone with arrow head shield." Ever Case dealer I've spoken to has given the knives the same description. Saw them bout 8 years ago and I put off buying them then. So now I decide to buy a few and can't find em anymore. Go figure. Anybody knows where I can get a few please let me know at gaylegreen51@yahoo.com or 865 308 2224.

Thank you Ken for the link! I know you have much more important things to do than search for knives that knot heads like myself cannot find. Just wanted to thank you for your trouble. One more reason more people should join this site. Thanks, Gayle Green, Loudon Tn.
