There are a few cattle knives listed in the aapk store. Enter "cattle" in the search box to find them. None of them have the spiral punch.
If memory serves me correctly, I have seen the type of punch you are seeking on HSB and NYK brands.

That should get you going. Also, Great Eastern makes some 3 blade bone cattle knives. I don't know why you are fixating on the spiral punch, but Camillus is the one who made them, with their own mark and for others.

'Cattle' knives are my current fixation, though I prefer a third blade as opposed to a punch.
I have 7 in my edc rotation at the moment! .
