Took the GEC plunge ... wow

As a long time Case (only) guy, I finally took the plunge & got a great deal on a Gepetto whittler (#57), buffalo horn sides. Fit and finish is simply amazing. I can see how they justify the cost - their knives are THAT good. The tapered center spring is so cool too. Just such a nice piece ... hopefully, there's a half-whit in my future to round out the 57 series ...

I've been on and off those 57s ever since they first came out. Just never could talk myself into taking the plunge when they were still plentiful. You done good there John.
