K97 German antique pocket knife value and history

I got this knife past down in my family but don't know the value or history I'm really interested if any one can help shed some light on the situation I would really appreciate it thankyou

It's 15 1/2 cm long 7 cm blade the casing is wood with gold trim stamp on blade says k-97 Germany on the other side premiere life time does that help?

Post your knife in the topic Jerry suggested and some of the guys who collect that brand will be watching that topic and should answer.
I sold a Premier Lifetime knife to Josh, one of the guys who collects them. I must say I was impressed with the quality of the knife.
