All About Pocket Knives

Hello!
I know nothing about knives and I found this tobacco pipe pocket knife in an antique shop. I can't find anything about it online. Does anyone know the age or background of it? It was made in Solingen Germany.

Are there any markings on the knife? (tang stamps, maker's etching, etc.) Clues like that are usually necessary to get I.D. help

All that is on it is "Aug Muller Sohne Solingen Germany- Stainless Steel in english and german"
