Welcome to AAPK JB! Definitely a new one on me. I checked a couple of reference books but nothing came up. To me it looks like a fancy butcher knife but could also be a bowie or bowie hunter. Stamp looks old but the guard and handles appear to be newer. Whatever the case it is a nice knife!
We do have a couple of members here from "across the pond";hopefully they will see this thread and comment on it.

I have found two other Wilton and Orwin knives. One like this that sold about a year ago and another with a clip point blade.I was told the way the blade is stamped Sheffield England dates it roughly between 1896-1928.
