It's bone. Your knife being a 1975 knife, if it was delrin it should have a "composition" shield (no inner oval). Case started putting shields with no inner oval on delrin handled knifes in 1974. Your knife has the normal shield, with an inner oval around "Case". So barring a factory error, it's bone.
